We went to Delaware for the beaches. Personally, I preferred the Fenwick Island State Park. As pictured above, Bethany Beach was very busy.

About 2 minutes from Fenwick Island State Park, there is a bagel place called ‘Surf Bagel.’ It was pretty good, we got it twice. I will say the second time we got it, someone used a dirty knife to cut all of our bagels so there was avocado on all of the bagels. They remade one of the bagels for us.

Overall, I really liked the Delaware beaches. They have umbrella rentals, which we ended up needing each time we went. The beaches were very clean and the parking was pretty easy.

Although I didn’t want to stay at the actual beach in Bethany Beach, they have the cutest bookstore there. We got a couple of really cute beach themed activity books.
