I also grow a lot of potatoes. I get organic potatoes from the grocery store and let them sprout then I plant them. My favorite ones are the pink and purple ones. I love to use the colorful carrots and potatoes together for a classic roast.
We also grow colorful lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes.
This year, we are also growing colorful beans and pumpkins!
