
I was really badly craving a mcgriddle recently, which is pretty strange because I have only had it once. But I hate spending money on things that have ingredients I know I would never want my child to have. So, I wanted to make it at home. I found organic ingredients that were very tasty. I made the pancakes which you can use fresh or store bought mix for, then before you flip the pancake add maple syrup to the top. Then I made scrambled eggs with salt and pepper. My husband got me chicken sausage from Sprouts that is super yummy. The only except to this meal that I would definitely consider unhealthy is that we got kraft american cheese because I wanted it to taste somewhat like the McDonald’s mcgriddle. It was delicious and we ate it about 3 times within a week. Highly recommend.
