Garden Harvest: Pumpkins

Our garden is flourishing with pumpkins, we have about 30+ thriving in the garden and have already harvested about 20. We have a lot of pumpkins to use. Here are some of my favorite uses for our pumpkins!

My husband loves pumpkin rolls, so this was a must. It was very rewarding to know that he was eating fresh organic pumpkin in his dessert.

I am not big on dessert, but I do love pumpkin pie. So this was the first thing we made with our pumpkin.

Pumpkin bagel were yummy, and easy to make.

My absolute favorite was pumpkin pie pretzels, I couldn’t find any recipes I liked, so I had to wing it but they turned out great so I will be making them a lot this year. I look forward to trying more recipes this season.
